This Circular aims to provide guidance on the preparation of Annual Budget Estimates for the Financial Year 2026 by
State Statutory Bodies and Government-Linked Companies that has been gazetted, for submission to the
Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan Negeri (“MMKN”) for consideration and approval.This is in accordance with the provisions under Part 1A – Annual Estimates, Statutory Bodies (Financial and Accounting Procedure) Ordinance, 1995 (“FAPO 1995”).
