This Circular serves to notify all State Ministries, State Statutory Bodies (“SSBs”) and Government-Linked Companies (“GLCs”) of the Government of Sarawak of the approval and implementation of the Sarawak Code of Corporate Governance for State-Owned Enterprises, hereinafter referred to as the “Sarawak CODE”. This Circular also sets out the Government's policy direction and requirements for its adoption and implementation by all State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).
