This Circular serves to inform all the State Statutory Bodies (“SSBs”) and Government-Linked Companies (“GLCs”) of the Government of Sarawak (collectively known as Sarawak State-Owned Enterprises or “Sarawak SOEs”) on the implementation of the Sarawak State-Owned Enterprises Monitoring System (“e-SOEs”). The objective of e-SOEs is to enhance transparency, accountability, and performance management within Sarawak SOEs, ensuring they are aligning with the strategic goals of the Sarawak Government.
